IMAP is currently investing major resources into researching innovative products that make it possible to develop new technologies and natural preservation methods for foodstuffs.
We are working in partnership with some leading scientific bodies to test out the products we have developed for both the catering industry and large retail chains.
Foodstuffs can now be preserved in a natural way with a notable increase in shelf-life. This not only makes this preservation method notably longer-lasting, up to 3 times compared to traditional preservation methods, but it also enhances the freshness, colour and flavour of the food.
All CONCEPT products are covered by an industrial patent.
